At La Concordia, we believe an integrative approach to health creates a path to a more satisfying life. A healthy body supports a healthy mind — and eating well takes more than knowing which choices are nourishing. It takes learning how to fit those choices into your own, unique lifestyle. That’s what nutritional counseling is for.

Care shaped around you

Your counseling is tailored to your needs. You might choose a single session that includes an assessment and goal-setting, or a longer three-to-six-month program designed to help you make gradual, lasting improvements in your nutrition and fitness choices — at a pace that feels realistic.

Is nutritional counseling right for you?

It may be a good fit if you’d like to:

If those resonate, you’re likely a good candidate.

What to expect from an assessment

You and your counselor will look together at several areas of wellness — how you’re nourishing your body and mind day to day. The assessment may take up to two sessions. By the end, you’ll have a clearer picture of what needs attention, guidance on where to focus, and a plan built around your short- and long-term goals. If you choose to continue, you and your counselor keep working together to stay on track and build healthier habits.
