Our Impact

Growing the Field

Training the next generation of culturally competent clinicians

Every year, La Concordia trains more associate clinicians in bilingual, bicultural care — expanding access far beyond our own walls.

64 clinicians trained in culturally rooted care from 2021 to 2025.

In the Community

Showing up where we’re needed

From sound baths in the park to community resource fairs, our team meets people where they are.

Recognition

Honored by our city

In October 2025, the City of Concord recognized La Concordia’s CEO, Dr. Manuel Fernandez, during Hispanic Heritage Month.

It’s a reflection of the community roots behind our work — and of care built for the communities it serves.
