A sound bath is a gentle, immersive experience where you rest while a practitioner plays singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. There is nothing to do but listen — the sound “washes” over you, inviting deep relaxation.
What to expect
You’ll usually lie down on a mat, often with a blanket, and simply breathe and listen. Sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes. Some people feel calm and sleepy; others feel emotional or energized. There is no “right” way to experience it.
How it may help
- Eases stress and quiets a busy mind
- Supports deeper rest and relaxation
- Creates space to reconnect with your body
A complement to care
Sound baths are part of our Raíces Culturales offerings — a holistic practice that works alongside, not instead of, clinical care. Come with an open mind and simply let yourself rest.
